This is such a pain in the @ss, you pay for a product and expect it to work and all you end up with is a headach!! As per, I need to access my cameras and this crap eseenet is not working! Its a constant fight to get this program to work either by smart phone or laptop! My over all rating is for this company...."0". You people need to get with it!! Oh wait I guess your going to blame it on the COVID .... my bad....

January 11, 2021. Cannot log in using Internet Explorer (old version). Just circles and does not access the site. Been like this for over a month. I can view on my Android phone via IP Pro. Whats going on?

Stopped working. Excuse? Company sells this crap, they need to keep this part of it working. Never buy anything using this app/Zosi junk again.

While on premises the app works while connected to the wi fi, but as soon as u run it of data no response.

Wish I never got Crystal Vision now. Should have gotten Brinks. Friend has Brinks and has no issues with app or cloud.

I have been using e-seenet cameras successfully for remote viewing of my office for a couple of years. We lost remote capability sometime in the late fall. Maybe this is far fetched, but I had gotten some idea (I don’t remember how) that the servers were in China. In thinking this through it made some sense and I’ve considered that the servers were closed down either for some political reasons, or that the emerging coronavirus, which we were not yet aware of at that time, forced a close down. If anyone has a more fact-based idea, I wouldn’t mind hearing it. I want to make it clear that my theory is of my own accord, is purely speculative, that I have no facts to base this on, and that I am not a “conspiracy theorist”.

just installed a 4 camera kit app started crashing out on Iphone and Internet explorer. Get it dealt with as these cameras its essential that they work remotely
