very strangely I have been unable to connect to JCC on the PC since about 4pm today when I tried to pay a bill. Website timed out message. But I had to go out in the car, and when I tried on the phone with just a data connection I was able to connect and log in. On returning home the situation was the same no connection via Chrome or Edge, even cleared cache and DNS cache. Phone was getting same website timed out error message using WiFi, but when I turned WIFi off and tried just with data I was able to get on the website and log in and even paid the bill successfully. As of 9.45pm the issue is still the same with no connection over normal internet, the portal via 5G however is working
