Samsung sent this card to me. What a huge scam. I had a problem with one of their appliances and the omnicard was sent to me as compensation. Now I really wonder what's going on with Samsung. Can they be trusted? If this website has been down since May 2 then Samsung must have known when they sent me the card on May 10th that it was not working. I will never buy another Samsung item again, if this is the way they handle customer service. Very disappointed with Omnicard and Sumsung.

I think if you got a gift card you should keep it until the website comes back up. if the website and the company is gone then still keep it and refund it or give it back to the person that gave it to you

Hi, Onmicard website is giving HTTP status code 403. Is it happening for all, is there any problem with the website? The customer care number is also not working... Any idea on this?

Site is down today at 8:00 A.M. Visa debit cards useless unless get pin????Lots of dissatisfied customers if this persists
