Sounds like Lorraine's issue was easily resolved. Mine works fine on my standard HD fire sticks (2 of them) but says I have reached max devices and will not work on my 4k fire sticks (2 of them). It's also asking to update to the new version of soplayer now when opening the ones that work, I am hesitant for good reason. Dreamtv is in no hurry and the customer service is absolute trash. Hope this helps some of you who maybe experiencing issues on the 4k version of fire stick.

When you are contacting dream tv through email or through their website, provide them with the Mac number that appears in the error message. That will allow them to reset your devices without providing you with new codes or without you having to buy a new prescription.

I have tried everything and tried when I try to login it says maximum accounts used. Has anyone had to buy a new subscription and were successful with the new codes as dream tv has not responded to me in 2 days. Thanks

I have tried uninstalling and reloading and nothing is working yet it’s working fine on my IPhone. Is the site down or is there some other issue with them?

Uninstall the app then redownload from the site to get the updated version. That simple. It worked on all 3 of my devices.

Tired of waiting. Here is a fix.
Registered new account and purchased the 5 day package for 5 Bucs .....can't go wrong.
Received new account number and new device codes. Got the new software...looks good. Everything works.
Recommendation. Do not subscribe to more than 1 month. Try the 5 days to make sure it works and then renew for 1 month.

Updated Soplayers on both TVs. No picture when TV turned on. Restated Firestick. Input DreamTV username and password. Both TVs working.

It's not down because my one is still working. Honestly can they not do a hard reset and have everyone just log back in... brutal

Finally got second TV working (had maximum devices error) about 20 minutes ago. Now it seems Dream TV is down.
