Same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled using Cassie's url. It worked and there is a new updated soplayer. However when I entered my credentials it says I have reached my maximum amount of devices. Can't get in..... ughhhhh...any other ideas?

I tried the link but halfway through download it says an unknown error has occurred. Check your url and connection

I'm the same as Mary..... reinstalled the app but when I try to sign in it's telling me I've exceeded my device count......ughh is right!

It Worked. Brand new format and everything!! Looks nice so far!! You need to re log in keep in mind. Have your user info ready!!

OK working on my laptop. not on tvs. on tvs, i downloaded the new soplayer app and now when i sign in it tells me i have already used all my devices. ugg.
