same problem as Rick. Cannot sign in or on. Mess says time has expired. if you cannot even get on the site haw can you receive this message?

Obviously not OUR problem! If you want us as users, do something. Before this happened, I could not print a profile page, but I was told it was MY fault!! No it's not!! I'm not a paying member, and will not be, until things are corrected.

Out of nowhere, got a messages that my session time has expired. No way to contact them when you can't officially "sign" on. Requested new password - thinking that may help. Then get messages not recognizing the email address that I used. HELP.
