Hi - I was able to log into UK TrainSim then I had to reset my browser and it cleared the password. I applied for a new password and nothing has come back. Tried several times and no response. tried emailing the team members on their email and still nothing. All I need is to reset my password and I'm good to go again. Any ideas what's wrong? It looks like the site is working but as if the support has dropped off.
