What seems to be the problem. I thought it fixed already because I can see the status of my sales rank but after few hours it happen again. I cannot access keepa. Please help! I have dead line and I need to submit it today!

my keepa wont open. It's almost an hour. I also tried to follow your instruction to click Ctrl+F5 and the DNS, however still the same. Please help ASAP
