In Feb of 2016 I exchanged emails with a fellow named Scott M - who owned the Orgsites domain which resided on the Global Neighborhoods server. Here is a quote from one of the emails:
"Actually me (Scott) and Global Neighborhoods are only "connected" via the fact that I pay for the monthly server fees and help users while maintaining, enhancing, fixing the overall orgsites.com offering. Global Neighborhoods (GN) is the original name that was utilized as the umbrella for several offerings from GN (Orgsites, RockPlaza, find911, etc.). The original idea was to keep orgsites 100% free and rely on the "revenue" generated from "click thru's" when a person clicked on an advertisement from the advertiser. The original creators were very much ahead of their time in this concept. First of all a "shared" domain and "click thru" advertising revenue stream."
His model did not work so he had to abandon the idea.

Since org sites is down our Smock Historical Society can not advertise the upcoming Christmas roll sale that we are having also we had many pictures of the museum on this site and they are gone.....help........

I found an email address I had used back in 2015 to communicate with orgsites.com. I received an automated response:
** IMPORTANT ** Orgsites will be taken down on July 1, 2019. Simply, the system is OLD and needs to be re-written. But without any users willing to help defray some of the monthly costs each month - I have had no choice. -Scott M, Orgsites Support

Our web site via Orgsites.com is also missing. We also have a lot of information and data that is not saved anywhere else. Is there any way to retrieve this information from our page? I believe that the person who started the page whose contact information that would have has since passed away.

My web site via Orgsites.com is missing. I see that others have experienced an inability to retrieve/open their page(s). Is there ANY way to upload/retrieve my page? It is full of information and historical facts/data that I MUST have as a 501(c)3 non profit organization which details our animal rescue foundation. Please, anyone...help if you have any information how this might be done. I am seeking professional technical help to do this as my donors and others interested cannot find my organization any more.
