couldn't take payments this afternoon...then logged me out...password wouldnt work...so clicked forgot password to get a new one...email arrives...unreadable!!! any advise please I need to fix this asap. Thanks

SumUp has sever error and not being able to take payments. Did everything from the trouble shooting.. no luck and the shop was really busy at the time. Live chat is not available. What can we do?
We have a square card reader just arrived today and quickly connected. Actually Square is much quicker to take a payment. It always handy to have a spare one.
