the “health records” portion of TOL is not loading any of my information or visits notes. It’s so frustrating

I was just trying to submit info to have a prescription filled. Basically, 5-6 lines of info. TOL Secure messaging simply does not work. The COMPOSE button is simply frozen. Why did the military go to this system when it is down so much and for so long???
