It is with great sadness that our friend and frequent benefactor, Climberr, has passed away. Climberr passed away in January 2021 after a long and painful battle with COPD. Despite the pain and discomfort of his ailment, Climberr spent tireless hours and many of his own resources to maintain the web site SmartStim. SmartStim was remarkably popular and remained on line and successful until the end. Please join us in thanking Climberr's memory and giving our sympathies to his family and friends.
We are a small group of past SmartStim moderators and members who have joined together to return SmartStim to operation as Climberr would have it. This return to operation will be a special tribute to Climberr and a welcome return for the E-stim community. We hope to make further announcements in the near future."

Here you can find the answer. The site operator, Climber, has died on COPD. It is a very sad message.

sorry to hear of the indicated illnesses and perhaps the related death. condolences to those related. I'll check for site operation periodically.

I think the site administrator is ill. i read it the last days on the forum. And not long ago another moderator has died. Those two things together make when there are difficulties with the site, it goes down and will be online then when the administrators health is good then he will take care that the site will work again.

Having what I believe is an SQL problem that develops when installing Unix based software onto a windows system. (Such as some surveillance system software. ) It seems to obliterate all instances of Windows' MySQLB software, somehow necessary to enter some sites.
I'm not a guru on the fix for this so, if you are...I'd be glad to hear from you. Meanwhile, I'll be searching for a fix. Thanks.
