My ability to access cam4 is now up to once a day.
A slight but noticeable improvement from last week
With an exceptional 45 minute session one time, broadcast still no more than 20 minutes until everything freezes, diminishes to a white out and then times out with a spiral in the middle of the page.
All other times the page times out with no access. Diagnostic keeps telling me it's the webpage.
After waiting two weeks when my communications were mysteriously & chronically re-routed to the wrong email boxes, IT did contact with help by offering to investigate my computer remotely. After the 'loss' of the emails, the wait, and the fact that 5 other people within the same 3-day time period reported experiencing the exact same dysfunction after no problems at all: NO WAY. Given the previous, there's clearly a home base problem not sourced in individual users.
Anyone else still having issues?

I am now able to access once every 48 hours. After a 20 minute broadcast I can no longer see visitor's text, text to them myself or visit other broadcasters' rooms. At that point the video screen freezes and goes dark and the whole operation slowly shuts down. Once out I can't access again for approximately another two days and it all starts all over again.
The IT promptly tried to be of help but they don't seem to be able to effectively address a situation which they say is a fall-out of the flash player system which is no longer in use.
So, that's that.
I'm glad I did not invest financially in a site whose platform system at this point is unreliably 'wonky'.
As my excellent ISP told me, sometimes these things do miraculously 'fix' themselves.

After a great 2 week start, I'm having the same cam4 problem as previous posters and have for the past two weeks. I tried all the solutions they suggested and everything checked out fine. I contacted cam4's IT five days ago and responded with info they needed and nothing has changed. On the rare times I do get in, I broadcast for about 5 minutes, then chat text goes down, and the screen freezes and/or goes black (my visitors tell me)
At that point the whole thing turns 'sluggish" and begins to shut down --- really frustrating! I've never had this problem from any other site of any kind and definitely not from their main competitor.
It looks like the site is the problem's source as it has something to do with the interfacing that is not complete.
Any solutions yet anybody? I sure like to hear so I can get back on and continue

Cam 4 has stopped working for me, it takes forever to load then get an error message, Anyone else have the same issue over the last few days?

I no longer can access cam4. Have tried the tips but nothing works. Sometimes I get the main page but then when trying to login, it blocks and no timely response. When trying to reconnect, don't get the main page anymore. It used to come up for a couple of days & then it did not work for several days... since the last 1.5.... cannot conect anymore
