Access declined issue is coming

Haven’t been able to log in since being ‘booted’ originally thought I pressed the back button but it happened so quick I now think I was kicked out for no reason.
Anyway keeps saying I’ve got the wrong username/passport. I’ve even tried making a new account and I have the same problem. How do I fix the problem?
Also won’t log in on my phone.

Hi I am reporting this issue from India. chatib is not accessible from 13 Jan 2020 onwards ( from home network).
Though I can access it through free proxy ( chrome extension - touch vpn) but i can not access it without proxy.
I see below messages as soon as i hit the chatib.com/chatib.us
