Hi is there anyone who can help me? I paid for 2 connections, I texted the order number and screenshot of the receipt and no one has gotten back with me. I've tried calling and the mailbox is full. You claimed in the videos that we can have questions answered and receive help if needed but no one is responding and I'm getting nervous that I'm out $29.99 which for me is a lot of money.
