The shows which used to have farsi subtitles no longer have them when u switch from زیرخوانی to زیرنویس. Ex: koohedel, Sad.

GLWIZ PERSIAN TV.
Many channels have not worked for several weeks now and this is really bad!
After talking to costumer service many times they say it's out internet that is slow but it is not true. Look here how many people around the world that have problems right now. Please talk honest to your customers. If it's Iran government making trouble or GLWIS problems doesn't matter but don't blame us or our internet that is working fine. You will lose costumers, there are other options.

This is more than half year I have been lots of problems with Glwiz. However at first I thought this is the internet problem, but it was very good for all the apps not Glwiz. Gradually it got worth. Unfortunately customer service is not good, I am not satisfied at all

I have Samsung smart tv this week I downloaded glwiz when we wach Persian tv or move so many time stops and we go to start again and it is not good

My GLwiz is down. I tried my Samsung TV app doesn't have the app anymore. I can't have access on my android phone also Samsung. What is going on? Should I cancel my subscription? Please refund my money. I don't need GLwiz service anymore.

I called them more than 100 times and didn’t get any answer.
Called ROKU and was told they were removed and not coming back, she said they are flagged.
same thing with their other apps.
