This happened last year to me and my husband account it was as our first year with these cards ? I should of switched right after then u can’t take all ur money off because they put a limit of monthly withdrawals it’s sad but for the phone lines to be down also is scary I’m not sure why their system isn’t strong enough to handle multiple deposits seem like if it cannot handle deposits it can be hacked and our money can be taken by criminals idk ijs

As soon as this sh!t is working I am getting all my f*cking money out this account f*ck this. I can't believe these people will just shut everything down. Absolutely unacceptable and I hope they learn a valuable lesson from this. Everyone take your money out ASAP because in an emergency as you can see that fail to rise to the occasion.

Same thing.. can't access site. Finally get on and getting the same recatch or whatever doesn't match. Tried to change password. It let me hit same message.. wtf is going on?? I also feel like they r trying to take my money.. I've had issues not being able to log in, in the past but usually resolved quickly.. this is b.s.

This is ridiculous, people hard earned money is deposited into this bank. People depend on their funds to show up here because that's what it's supposed to do. Now my paycheck is held up because of whatever undercover "maintenance" GoBank got going on and this need to be fixed as soon as possible! This is unacceptable! I don't trust this company anymore! GIVE ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY NOW!
