Its not just you. Apparently so many people tried to login to the GoBank app to check to see if the stimulus check hit yet that we crashed the system. At least that’s what the tech i just got off the phone with said. So if you’ve come here to check to see if GoBank is working right or if it’s just you - it’s not just you. The account login system is down/overloaded. That’s why the website still loads but the website login and the apps don’t work.

now I cant even sign in... keeps telling me I have to wait 24 hours to sign back in tellin me im locked out... Im using the correct password... what the hell is going on..

App has been buggy for days. Now I can’t get in at all - it won’t show the screen to sign in or just spins and says there’s an error. Really awesome when money is so tight and we’re supposed to be getting a f*cking stimulus. Really frustrating and pretty unacceptable when you’re messing with people’s money.
