wont let me log in and wont send a email out to change my password

it wont let me log in. at first i thought i just forgot my password so i clicked on the "Bob Saget! I forgot my password!" and i entered my email but i still haven't gotten an email back yet. I've tried this three times, and still nothing!! Please fix this ASAP!

One minute it's fine and the next it just stop loading sounds. It took me a whole month to put together a song and now I can't download it to my computer. I just keep getting this error message: {"success":false,"code":400,"message":"general.not_found"}

Sample Editor does not work, loops do not load, effects do not load right, and distort audio playback if choppa is deployed and the last part of the loop is rearranged and then implemented with a sound effect. Any change in pitch or use of the peripheral modules of the program results in error messages.
