Site is down, why is it saying its up and running, I checked on multiple computers, even the IT is getting that same maintenance message. It is NOT up and running, REally!!!

It has not worked for me on multiple devices since yesterday 2/20. Either will not load and time out or will load and says site down for scheduled maintenance.
