Is there a reason I am getting an Access Denied screen when I started to make the move for the new beta app and I haven’t been able to login. I’ve requested a new password, cleared the cookies from the clear cookies button on the site, followed the instructions above regarding a browser refresh and clearing the the DNS cache Any help would be appreciated. The other day I tried to log into NKP on the website, on my laptop. I got that god awful loop message. Verification required. Access has been detected from an unknown device. Please ck your email to verify and continue. An email has been sent to blah, blah.

I'm a paying customer and it really p!sses m off that I can't sign in. I've sent at least 9 messages, I've cleared my cookies, I've included my username. No response to my email. My friends say my profile is fine and it says I'm logged in.
The only time I got an email from NKP is when I used the "forget password" the email said all was fine with my account so it wouldn't give me a temporary password.

My phone and tablet were hacked by a stalker, and soy phone can't connect via mobile. Says access denied.

I can't get at all, I have clearfed cookies either tells me it needs to be vaidated or sign in with my email address. Havent received any emails from them

After clearing cookies on nastykinkpigs ..nastykinkpigs does not recognize my cell phone. It says that I will be getting recovery email , but I do not get that recovery email.

Since last week every time I try and access Nkp on my Mac and my iPhone I get a 403 forebidden error message I tried to email the helpdesk their contact email try to find some type of phone number with no luck can you help me or tell me what to do poinT me in the right direction thanks

I had an update on my phone and had to sign in to nkp. The email they have on record is an old one that I dont use anymore. I also have a new phone (they say Im using a device they dont regognize).
Its been a week and I havent heard from them at all.... frustrating!
