My shpock is not updating and is very slow to access

I can’t login since this afternoon, so can’t respond to people with items I wanted to buy. I was using the app when it literally just froze with the message “no search found” with an image of a magnifying glass.
Tried different devices and it still will not log me in. The home page can’t even display anything at all. Very frustrating especially given that I was in the middle of buying items.
