I haven’t been able to get up all day only a few minutes yesterday then nothing. What is going on? I am getting very upset. I was on my way to the largest chest when I lost connection on the 31st so I missed that now it looks like I won’t be able to play the quest since I can’t connect. What’s up?

Slotomania hasn’t worked since 1/31. They have told me they are having technical issues and to be patient. Seems like a long time. The bar on the home page won’t come on and load, it just shuts down. Using iPad.

Not opening, screen comes up, no bar and goes blank. This is on my phone, it does come up on my laptop? It’s been three days now, I have done the power down, nothing seems to work, I hope this is political!

Been unable to open my app since Sat/Sun....afraid to delete app and restore for fear of losing points and data.....had a chest my clan was supposed to collect, not to mention ALL the opportunities I’ve missed to collect points.
I usually buy points at least weekly if not more....this app HAS to be losing opportunities to make money.....
This is the second time something like this has happened since I have been on this app...the last timeI just waited a day or two and it came back up.

I am shocked nothing has been done to fix this! I am sure money is being lost since a lot of people spend real money to buy coins and gems etc. I would think the loss of loyal customers and money would make this top priority. I guess I was mistaken.

Slotomania has been down since 1-31-21 evadently you don’t intend to fix it. It has to be your problem since so many of us are having same trouble Droping out

Like everyone else, I haven't been able to open Slotomania since Jan 31/Feb 1. It comes up on the screen but no loading bar at the bottom, then drops out. I did the upgrade through the app store today and it still won't load. Can't contact support as it says it has to be done through the app! I hope you can fix this ASAP!

February 1st 2nd and now 3rd.
Everything was going ok until this.
I want to know what's going on.
Will the games be returning and will my points and status ?

I have not been able to Log on since February 1st. I also have not been able to spin the wheel to cash in cards for over a month
