Looks like Slotomania may be owned and regulated by the Chinese, since Playtika was purchases by a group based in China, back in 2016. They are experiencing some regulatory issues, but their customer service reps just email you back, telling you to clear your cache of cookies, and upgrade to the newest version of Google Chrome. I am having major issues and have for some time now; I cannot get any of the older archived games to open, such as BINGO, and I have been at the same Diamond level for two years now (without moving upward). I purchased the Extra Daily Dash this week for $7.99, and ever since I have not been able to open Slotomania!

Since early March have had problems loading
Then last week 27/6/2020 when I was playing Wordscapes down the bottom will say we miss you
Went into App Store I don’t know what I did I actually got into Slotomania™ I thought OMG at last, played for about 15 minutes then disappeared again unable to load again
Another thing When I’m in App Store i came up with this
safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid
But I can play other games from Playtika

Since I downloaded V.I.P Its been nothing but problems I spend close to even more then $ 400.00 a month on this game and lately I buy and will stop paying for example I paid to open daily dash it well it to the 30s % and stops will no longer move then on LEVEL RUSH WAS AT 99% I GET FREE SPINS WHICH I WAS GOING TO MAKE IT IN ENOUGH TIME BUT THA5 99% WENT DOWN TO 93% THE THE SNAKE ALSO STOPPED WORKING IVE BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW SOMETHING WRONG TALK T SHIRT TWO PEOPLE THE FIRST ONE TELLS ME TO TAKE A BREAK REALLY NO ONE TELLS ME WHAT TO DO, THEN THE OTHER ONE TELLS ME NIT MY LUCKY DAY AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO ANSWER MY QUESTION IM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF THIS YOU CAN TAKE OUR MONEY BUT YOU CAN'T FIX THE PROBLEM

I'm having same problem for about 4 days. Did the update and now it says no connection and then says unfortunately slotomania has stopped working. HELP I've been playing for years I don't want to lose everything

This is another text about not being to open my app, Slotomania. Like the rest of the comments this started when Slotocity came up on the screen. I’ve looked on the internet for solutions and have tried many, but nothing seems to work. HELP!!!!!!
