I cannot open slotomania on my Kindle Fire. It starts to load but stops halfway and says try again. But it never opens and says check your network connection. I am able to open all other apps. I have cleared cache and cookies and history. I have restarted my kindle several times.

I have been playing slotomania on my iPad for over 10 years and it's my favorite game. However in the last week it won't load for either myself or my husband. It appears to crash every time it tries to load. Any fixes for this problem?

Was down since last Sunday like many of you. I'm at level 27,050 so I didn't want to go back to the beginning. Got the directions below from tech support today and thought I'd roll the dice and try. It worked and I didn't lose any levels or coins.
1.Close all the Apps running in the background.
2.Free up storage space.
3.Clear cache/cookies.
4.Always keep your iOS version and the Safari browser updated.
5.Uninstall and reinstall the Slotomania application from the App Store.
6.Login again.
7.Consider doing a soft reset.

My husband and I both play slotomania and have worked our way up to a high level. Our app will not load and hasn’t for well over a week. We have tried to reach out, but no answer or explanation!

Slotomania will not open on my iPad. Keeps getting kicked off. Been doing that over a month. Tried everything they say. Nothing works. No response back. I’ve been playing slotomania for many years. Very frustrating.
