Black screen with loading icon on both Chrome and Edge. This happens all the time. So frustrating. Only thing that has ever worked for me it time. I'll check back weeks later and sometimes it'll work. Worst streaming service ever!

Starz will load up but none of the movies will play. Just keeps showing the buffering circle and a black screen.

Starz.com says get code from my tv....WHERE? This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen for any app. Most apps tell you to look at your email.

Hello Starz. When trying to start episode 15 of Power season 6, I get a message after the previews play that "An unknown error occurred. Please try again." I logged into my account from my Dell computer via Chrome.
