We understand that you have recently experienced an issue where your TSheets website was either inaccessible, or the dashboard had gray empty space and were unable to fully utilize the product. We have investigated this issue and determined it to be a network issue that is out of our control.
Specifically, some customers received a DNS resolution failure when trying to reach buildassets.tsheets.com which is a CNAME record for our CDN (AWS Cloudfront). We have identified an issue where recursive DNS resolution is failing with the default DNS resolvers provided to some Clients computers. This is worked around by changing the system DNS resolvers to publicly available servers, such as those provided by Google, Cloudflare, OpenDNS, etc.
We have no ETA on when this issue will be resolved as it is out of our control at this time. Issues like this can take anywhere from hours to days before resolving. However, we have identified a potential work around that we have tested with some of our customers that has proven to work. Please refer to the following website for steps on how to modify your local network settings to take a better "path" through the internet in order to resolve our website.
