Getting error code:-10005 5128. With network connection timeout When ever I try to look at the storage for my sd card on the icsee app, also wont allow me to click the format sd card button or show me anything to do with the storage, on another issue I also cant replay previous recordings from my camera anymore but did work for the first 3 days I had it installed, doni have to buy cloud storage or something for this through the app?, does anyone have any info on any of these issues please?

Why can I not connect on my phone with module data? I can connect using Wi-Fi but not mobile data. This seems to have happened after the latest update. I tried clearing cache and data, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
