Verification box is still missing. I cannot login. This has happened on and off for a few weeks. Once of the downsides of have a cloud managed server.

I cannot login in on the xmeye.net site. The "verification" box is no longer there, just a square with an x in it. I have the same on all three PC's with IE11. Ideas?

YOU Rock!! After a week of not being able to see cameras from my phone. I was able to access today after a similar question asked. You gave the answer on error code 11301. Fixed the problem. TY

Hi, in my cloud account I have several NVR's most of them work fine, some take more time to respond, other are faster. But one NVR 8 channel has a different problem: after device connecting, please wait... I get this message: "the proxy addr is null! " Have no Idea what I can do ?

XMeye : Errorcode 11301...I found the solution: Go into device list, then click on the Pencil-Symbol, which means "Edit", then you see your ID, mostly “admin”, then enter the specific password what you gave to your DVR, then it will work again. Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same problems of John. After upgrade I can open the app but I can access to the device because of 11301 error - Password errore.

Since last update a new error appears after having connected the main device: "Error Prompt, Password Error, Error code:-11301"
