I have same problem . App logged me out, doesn’t accept my password. I try to reset but nothing goes to my email to do that . I tried thru website and get ‘uh oh, our server has encountered an error!’
This is crazy. So many people paying and can’t even use it. I hope refunds available. I am going to try.

Super irritated that for the last 4 days Zoosk continues to say, “Uh oh! Our server encountered an error!” when I try to log in. What is the point of paying for an app if you can’t use it?!

Zoosk will not open on my pc, smart tv or iPhone in my house on the internet. I can get it on 4G in the house but my deal is limited for that. I can connect at work. Hardly worth subscribing if I can’t talk to anyone.

i open an email from zoosk that says someone wants to meet you plus other emails. then i click on the word zoosk and it says loading and nothing happens. i can not get
to the site. i do the same thing again and it says you have been redirected
too many times. it says clear your cookies. i did that. i still can not get in.
yesterday i googled zoosk reviews. the reviews were very bad. they said many
scammers, false profiles, old profiles of deactivted members. fake: someone
viewed you and wants to meet you. it is loaded with scammers.
i know from expereince. one day 3 women were trying to scam me at the
same time. they pose as a woman from 60 to 75 and aim their scams at
men over 60. is any body else having this problem let me know. i would
not be surprised if they went out of business and they will continue to
auto renew every one!!

The Android App won't load keeps saying try again. The app has been terribly buggy and glitches out frequently over the last few days.
