I got my stimulus check this morning and everything was good. I go and open the app and I can’t ? So I go to the ATM AND IT ONLY LET ME TAKE OUT 300 DOLLARS OUT OF 2,400 THAT WAS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. now it says I have only .07 cents in my account. I really hope this gets fixed by tomorrow because I have rent that I was over due on and I’m gonna f*cking have a f*cking panic attack.

Very inconvenient. I stash my money and can't move it to buy essentials and food..What the heck..Will be leaving this bank as soon as possible. It's been acting up for days now completely down when I need my money most...I call and they disconnect conveniently..

This is bananas!!! It let me see my account for a few seconds those morning & now I can't get logged in anyplace. I can't even call, it's just silent & then disconnects. Now this is crazy, people need access to their money at all times. At least send us an email telling us things are down & an estimate of how long until things are running smooth again.

What is wrong with your app? I can’t get through by internet or phone. This better be resolved soon or I will be changing banks. I was very embarrassed in the store when I went to transfer funds to pay for groceries and I had to leave the store with nothing because I couldn’t get through.

I was able to log into the app long enough just now to move all of my money to my cashapp. Gobank goes down at the most inconvenient times and I can't deal with it any more. I'm closing my account as soon as it's back up, this is bs.
