Has anyone figured out what is going on with GoBank! There phones cut off and websites down!!!! Nothings working!

Ridiculously inconvenient for those who put their GoBank acct info in as where to have unemployment checks, and stim checks depositted. Imagine the lag on stim checks if you have to update your direct depot info.

Their phone reps are outsourced to a foreign country and reps are so highly scripted they have never been able to help me with anything.

This ia getting to be a far too common problem with GoBank. No app, web or phone access now. A few weeks ago same issue except had phone access which ia not helpful. Moving all my direct deposits to Chime today. Same early payments and app MUCH better!

I doubt they even know whats happening. Likely, gobank has 0 ppl at a call center.

Their phone number 888-272-4395 is out of order as well. TIP::: I transferred my money to my cash app card
