Also cannot access my account. Been trying for hours! This is crazy what kind of company operates like this? They could at the very least put up some information regarding the technical issues. It seems they are just pretending it isn't happening!

Can't log in, not by app & not by website. Can't unstash MY MONEY. Can't be legal, there's jlno excuse!! People have the right to access funds. Have rent to pay & emergency funds to transfer, WTF?!?!

Unable to unstash money all day and now rent is past due and extra fees added on. Tried to call and was on hold for over an hr and no answer. Hope the issue gets fixed asap

Can’t access my money either. I was able to use what was in my checking but I keep everything stashed and transfer as I go. So when I got off work I wasn’t able to get gas or groceries. I have my federal refund in there as well. They need to stop playing with my money!
