This is ridiculous not being able to log in and when I do can’t move or send money, then been on the phone with gobank for the past 30 minutes and no one has picked up

I can't login for make a move from vault or any other function.. Nor the App or the website. Telephone is not answered.

Have been trying to access my account since early this morning. I have needed to make several purchases for my house and am unable to log in at all. Was able to once but when I tried to unstash money, loaded same error message of “cant process your transaction”.
