jpay site was working yesterday this morning I tried to log in and the site wont load and the graphic for jpay is distorted. A lot of people depend on this site to ensure contact with thier loved ones, and essential for many people. We need it up and running!

Now I can't send money in Jpay and had to do it over the phone and was charged extra fees. They need to hire some intellectual people to fix their problems! Absolutely Unacceptable!

Has anyone received emails that were sent during the outage last week? I am going on 10 days no new emails, but 1 this morning typed this morning. Nothing past, although I was told 2 a day were sent? Anyone else?

Jpay seems to be up for me both in the app and website. However when i go to send an email it tells me “can’t load email” then i just hit send again and it goes through. I have not received any incoming messages since Saturday evening however.
