I have repeatedly tried to log onto jpay to check my emails but it will not at all let me log onto it . Keeps saying that there is an error a problem with the connection but my wifi connection is excellent. I don't get why it keeps doing this.

I would turn your debit cards off if you have them stored on there until you find out why? They could be hijacked by an inmate who knows

Jpay not excepting log in
They cost to much but my guy tells me they get 15min to read then write
I mean u want to write a long letter to help pass time and then they don't get to write back 9r it's rushed I mean they say it's so important and they show it by cost then they don't even let the inmates have time with what we pay for....BTW som see states cost more really? I mean wtf it's supposed to be a part of their reform or something

It seems to me that Jpay is imploding. And all the money that they take advantage of you would think that they would have the wit to fix the $%@# thing. This is the only thing that I use to write to my Husband.. Im thinking about moving to another service quick.. This is just highway robbery..
