It was down last month. One or two weeks ago it was partially accessible, but definitely not entirely. Today (March 26) it's down. Anyone else about ready to give up?

This rewards program has been down for so long that now it's just fraudulent! I've missed months and months of free points and I can't even order my earned rewards. They said we could do this and obviously, we can't and they don't care! I quit smoking Marlboro's!
