can not enter codes keep getting a red circle with a red line through it HELP

Has been down the last 2 weeks, I can go to the website and enter my codes but can't get the app to open and show my coupons at all. Very aggravating.

What about how to get on via iPad or iPhone?? I called 800 phone # yesterday, cleared my cookies etc as was instructed by Marlboro “representative” and given new pw and still unable to log on using mutiple browsers, including Firefox! But I haven’t tried chrome yet.....

So who and how do we contact someone to get this problem fixed because I need my coupons? It's not allowing me to log on I try to log on put in my password and then it tells me to go to my homepage I do that and it's the same thing over and over, can someone please fix this problem please ASAP. If you are running any adblocker turn it off. I'm on a desktop running windows 10 using Chrome browser. If you have Edge or Firefox, try those, The google browser is a joke for the most part. Clear your cookies and Cache , delete cookies, history, try again. I got logged in, got the points, but there are some spaces they say system error, try again later in red letters. I don't know what's supposed to be there, but it isn't showing up.

I have been trying to log in to Marlboro website but it keeps showing the same message “Marlboro.com is down. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back later.” Does anyone know what’s going on?
