not playing song again what do i need to do when this happens thanks

Not downloading says download failed every time
Paid for it but doesn't work

download fail do the photos of the artis suppose to show up ? i paid for this service i am very unhappy with it

for some reason song and artest is comming up but songs are not playing ? any reason why what can i do/try

I believe my last remark was I do not know exactly what to do. I am deader than Kelsies Nuts,
I cant listen, download aftour response that " this has been fixed and I should update" well
that turned out to be a mistake on your part, and after all of that You still cant fix thisproblem.
If the owner or president of MP3Jam is going to read this message which I doubt very much since he or She have not sent me a response or an apology comment, letter, email, I guess He would be busy sunning himself. In any event this is a ridiculous and an unwarranted situation in which I see a no solution coming in the very near future. I am going to start billing you, unless I receive a refund, 10.00 dollars a day, and when the amount goes to a fortunate amount, then you will receive letters from my attorney and I may get a government official to check my problems with you. Please do not take this situation with a grain of salt, because I mean what I am speaking about. Yes I am upset and frustrated that you(MP3JAM) has let this situation happen. If I was the boss of MP3Jam I would fire every worker there and start anew, However this is not to my observance happening. The Individuals do not respond to me, which is a violation in and of Itself. So I will ask one more time, there are (3)choices for you(MP3JAM) .1. Either fix this software once and for all. 2. Do not fix the software and refund my money.(3) Sell this business and let someone else fix this software and start an new. Again one last time Fix this software ASAP and kindly respond to what I am asking for.

Well guess what,that windows 7 machine where it was working for a little while is now deader than Kelsies Nuts. About the only thing that is good About it is that it shows you the songs to download or listen but you can't do either so tell me sport how is this software fixed as you stated to ME?????? Please do me a favor and get me my refund because this software seems that it will never be fixed cause you really need and experienced crew to fix this software and not just overnite, It will take a little while and I really do not want to wait any longer Kindly please refund my money.

Well It was working on a widows 7 machine, but its deader than Kelsies Nuts. I Have repeatedly
asked them to refund my money, and again to no avail. They e-mailed me and told me that it was fixed, well I can tell you its fixed in a Pigs @ss but not on all my computers. It was working on a Windows 7 machine but not the unlimited, I had to wait 5 minutes per record. What a Waste of time. So I am doing the e-mail notification again for these shmucks to get their act together and hopefully they will get this fixed. I don't know how long we will have to wait. Hey MP3Jam please get your act together. If I gave the company's that I worked for a result such as yours I think I would have been shot and then laughed out of the business.

I was able to download several songs-:) I also checked my AV (Windows 10) and turned some of the setting off which might have been stopping downloads from Mp3jam. 2. Make sure the tracks are available on YouTube
3. Make sure your AV software doesn't block MP3jam

If it doesn't work; please try to type the artist name and song title rather than inserting the YouTube link.

On downloading the link ( http://www.mp3jam.org/ ) for the new version and then installing the new version, it started working immediately! I was able to download several songs-:)

I also checked my AV (Windows 10) and turned some of the setting off which might have been stopping downloads from Mp3jam.
