MP3jam was working today at around dinner time. Switched off computer and back on again at 2:00pm...not working. Tried reinstalling it. still not working!!! This has happened lots of times in the past.

Just paid for the pro version. Worked great for 3 days but last 2 days either says no files found or, if it finds them, won't play or download them.

Well, Well, once again after working like a champ on Sunday, all day as a matter of Fact, guess what, its back down again and from what I hear its going to the hospital for an infectious type of infection and only the doctors can cure this infection, but guess what they are not there the doctors are on lockdown due to COV19 virus and I guess we (Users) will have to wait for their examination results to see if they can save MP3JAM but from the looks of it, and heresay they don't thinks and perhaps it is better if MP3JAM dies never to arise again. I hope the doctors can find a cure for this stupid software to work.

I have been using Mp3jam for several years. It's very easy and fun to use, WHEN it works! I can listen and download songs all day, my consistent issue with mp3jam is, I"ll type a band name, a great selection appears, I click on the song I like to hear or download, the squiggle lines appear, then nothing, song will not play. Very frustrating, this is a great and awesome song engine. I generally find everything I'm looking for! But this annoying glitch continues. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared and flushed my dns as suggested still same disappointing results. Do you all even care that mp3jam is and can be the best songs/downloader? I recommend mp3jam to everyone, but its my reputation at risk, when the same results continue to happen! Please fix these easy annoying glitches, I dread having to seek another! Sounds like we all have been loyal customer's we should be taken care of. You scratch our back we scratch yours! Fun! Thank you. Hopefully next time when I use mp3jam it's working!!! ; )

Once Again its Tuesday and again MP3JAM Not Working. Cannot Play and Download. Wonderful. Working Just Fine on Saturday and Sunday but Monday and Tuesday(Today)
no way, It's not my computer nor My Network or else it wouldn't have worked on Saturday and
Sunday. Have to hand it to you, you guys ruined one of the Finest Pieces of Software I have ever known and used. That's all I have to say because I've said it before. In the Future, if there is a Future for you individuals try to get it working all the time, not just some of the time. Good Luck.

You shmucks please return my investment in you because you don't deserve the investment, although when it works its just great, but getting it to work is another matter.
