XM Eye has not been working for over 2 weeks now..Error 100000. Anyone know how to solve it. It take ages buffering

xmeye not working on computer and app cant remote connect to cameras once yet gone down again as usual

Can log in but can not view any cameras.
Error code 100000
Tried on android and iPad still the same only started from late evening but doesn’t help as I have to keep going to the shop several miles away and checking everything is ok.
If this continues then I will replace the lot with a better product as I have had several issues like this now.
