Today I have A problem to Connect on phone, laptop and tablet. I see my device but I have no video form camera but when i try to Connect thru 4G i dont have anything. On app i cant change internet settings... still have problem -10000. Help!!!

running 8 camera's and cant view them from my phone for the last 2 weeks, p!ssed off with xmeye so bought a Swan box, knocks spots off xmeye,load of rubbish, will never buy a box that has to use xmeye
