What is wrong with this app? I cannot remote view! And it's been like this for several days now. I thought it was something on my end, but after reading similar comments below, I'm rather convinced it's not me. Cameras are saying "offline"! JFeye is saying the same thing. These have got to be the most frustrating apps in the world! I mean you get three horrible updates, for every good one! I'll be looking for something more reliable, because my valuables and loved ones deserve it!

Was not working for 3 days.
Must of beeen updated as now can get cloud on phone but says user not known?
Was working well before but find it hard to access playback on 4g and have to wait till I hook into WiFi.
Really not good enough and would look for other software that will do the job when Xmeye goes down again

I can log into the site at www.xmeye.net but i keep getting a red x, and so that wont let my cameras work, this has been like this for 5 days now, any suggestions? i didnt do anything to my laptop , like change settings etc...any help with this annoying problem would be very helpful.

Same here. I can access my 2 camera systems using mobile apps. When I try to use PC going to xmeye.net using IE I can log into system, but both camera systems show as being offline. I need the PC based one to do searches. anyone know how to go directly into the DVR using the IP addy ? Do you open an IE bowser using the IP address with the 34567 port , I tried and failed. probably need to do port forwarding on router OH well.

Could anyone explain what a query the server of uuid time out error is and how to fix it? My xmeye app works on my phone and ipad but I get this error when using xmeye.net.

The web app still says my devices are offline, but i can log into and see my cameras fine on my phone.
