San Jose, Costa Rica, since yesterday I can't remote view my cameras from Android app, got the message that the dvr is offline, when is not true, I have sold several dvrs and all my clients are complaining about that. The webpage is down as well, hope they solve any problem as soon as posible.

In Sweden ,the xmeye app does not work for all our NVR systems, it is down for all Mobile phones and can not be access by Pc either. Is their any maintanance for the web site or what else?

Must be an error on the server....
I can login, but the server is OFF
error message is:
query the server list time out
can not connect to remote DVR-s
says: devices are offline
( of courese NOT! ) but there is a problem.....

No access from Hungary since 11-12h, 04.01.2018. The local net is ok. From the web is OFF. No connection.

I have 3 clients Dvr`s on my phone .
They use different ISP`S all are not available since 14h00. Now 22h00 still not working.
Please sort out the connection issue .
