I just purchased one month of Zoosk to reactivate and the app would not open so I tried everything; Force closed, deleted the app and then tried to re-open and it will not. No matter what I do I can’t reopen it or download it to my Home Screen. Suggestions please?

As soon as I paid for a subscription I couldn’t get Zoosk to appear on my phone again. Then I cancel my subscription and it would work now it doesn’t work again at all. How do I fix it?
