I was informed my membership was automatically taken out 5 days ago but Zoosk won’t open. I’ve gotten 10 message alerts since.

Zoosk won’t open. It’s been over 24 hours. Just keeps crashing. I’ve checked my Internet connection, which is fine, and I’ve shut off and restarted my iPhone. It auto renewed last month so it has nothing to do with whether I’m an active member or not

After the payment was taken out of my account 3 days ago my Zoosk app started crashing on my phone. I am able to get on through a browser.
