Your not s'posed to treat people's info this way! They are gone for me no matter what. I'm gonna try to hold long enough to retrieve my info.
I think this is a backyard/garage, one-man operation trying to impersonate a company. I have called them several times in the past, and noticed the background noise sounded exactly the same each time, like it was a tape recording.
