The keyword here is WAS.....This site was last ANY good at all back in late August of last year. I believe the site has been sold and the site is now under new management--worthless new management!.....This site has barely worked at all since then. .....their service USED to be better than most. ...."Hiccup?".....they literally doubled over and pitched all their cookies on their customers!....Now I am looking for a SeeSawLoad.com ALTERNATIVE! To cancel the account I believe you can do it under "my account". If you don't was tot call you can always use the chat option. or you can just cancel your card. I have had Cloud load for a long time. In my opinion I think they are the best that is out there. This big hiccup that they had this past month was the worst I have seen. Yeah their support is not the greatest, but i still think their service is better then most.

Anyone know how I can force-cancel my account with SeesawLoad.com. They say in order to cancel I have to CALL them--They don't answer the phone!.....who can I report these scumbags to?

Is this site under new management?
I was a big fan of CloudLoad and didn't mind paying a fee for the service.
Like all good things, they don't last forever. I suppose this is the case here.
As of late, the servers have been somewhat unpredictable and he been offline for several days in a row. Most people have been patient during this time, but I guess the fees people have been paying have not adequately covered the costs of maintenance or upgrades.
It would have been a nice gesture to at least be proactive and send out service interruption notices and thanking people for their patronage. and giving some indication of what to expect.
I have tried all the usual fixes on my end and those made no improvement.
