My account is not working since the new update was required by coin square . It been close to 2 weeks and I have been messaging then nothing is still working and only 1 use less response . I had the same problem in 2018 where I could not trade or get trading documents or records.The problem in 2018 was a new app or up date .My account says invalid which is horrible since I had a few 1000 dollars in the account and my transactions records for 2021 capital gains which will be required for the CRA compliance. . This I horrible many other are having the same problem which is coinsquare and the app . Also the coinsquare email support is BLOCKED OR TURNED OFF. I have tried to email every day for 14 days .My next call is going to be the CRA consumer and corporate affairs and any other regulatory agency and or other legal action I have been a customer since 2017
