Cant access it via chrome..but can access it via internet explorer but very slow loading and blurry

Been 2 days now..In the beginning, I get going ..on it..and then it would just go blank gray on the right side of their screen. I tried rebooting, Ive tried various names and places and dates..Same thing for 2 days...left side of screen if it comes up, is the usual selection (s) ..right side..is all gray. THEN yesterday ...when I was able to view things...for a bit..30-45 mins later..the screen went blank gray..and nothing after that rest of day..NOW..same thing today...

Trying to access Schenectady Gazette Newspaper for 1950 , specifically Oct. Nothing opens for the year.. Nothing opening after 1935.. Looking for a wedding announcement with possible addresses.
